Posted by oka

Driving a car in Bali is not always fun especially due to the traffic jams occur in many important streets in Bali, such as Legian, Seminyak, and Kuta Beach. It’s important to bring your international driving licensed anywhere you drive. In Bali, the police officers are everywhere. When driving, it’s a must for you to keep your eyes open and alert. You should be aware with the motorbikes as they tend to change direction into your track without giving a sign. This can be very dangerous for you two. If you are planning to rent a car, then you are recommended to rent a car with full insurance so that you’ll get covered in case any accident happens.

The visitor staying at Seminyak private villas or in hotels most rent cars and they drive by themselves. Some villas also provide a car and driver, for those who are not familiar with Bali’s tracks and need driving service. Car rental in Bali is countless but note you should rent full-insured cars. Many car types are available from the old to the brand new ones. Next tip, before starting your journey, please fill up the fuel in the nearest petrol station instead of the petrol you buy in warungs or small stalls. Last but not least, always bring your map before starting your journey throughout the island.
